Cake Kanil, Ingredients: 4 eggs. 150 grams of wheat flour. 150 grams that have been mashed fermented. 150 cc coconut milk from a coconut, 1 tablespoon cocoa, dissolved in a little water.

Cake Kanil, Method: Beat eggs with sugar until thick and fluffy, then insert it slowly into the flour mixture, fermented and coconut milk until blended. Finally enter the chocolate powder and stir.

Pour into the baking pan 18 cm diameter spread with butter and sprinkled with flour. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 50 minutes until cooked.
